Our goblins can travel from our magical portal open in Spain to anywhere in the world.
With that purpose we use the services of different couriers, depending on the destination, and they are always shipped with a tracking number, so that they don’t get lost.
And since we don’t want our creatures to reach you tired, in pain and mistreated, we use the famous and patented Goblin Box 2000.
What?!
You don’t know what the heck a Goblin Box 2000 is? Well, it’s the improved model of the old Goblin Box: a box specially made for your goblin with the latest goblin technology. Namely, made out of wood, nails and leather. They are custom made, since each goblin has his own needs and, that way, they will come to you safe and sound.
Besides, you can use the Goblin Box 2000 to keep them, exhibit them or even…..as a box!
It is very difficult to predict when a goblin will arrive. They are very particular. As the Great Goblin Master Big Mouth once said: “A goblin is never late,…. nor is he early….he arrives just when he feels like!”
Anyway, it takes approximately between 3 and 5 days within Spain, about 10 days for European destinations and around 15 to the USA, Asia and South America. You must take into account that when a parcel is sent abroad it could be subject to import or custom duties or other taxes imposed by the country of destination. These taxes are usually paid upon the arrival of the parcel to the country of destination. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these taxes when receiving the parcel. This process may delay the delivery.
If you have ordered a customized goblin and not one ready to be sent through the secure portal, the Goblin Master will keep you updated on how the invocation is going and will let you know when he is ready to leave.

Para ello trabajamos con diferentes empresas de paquetería dependiendo del lugar de destino y para que no se pierdan viajan siempre con seguimiento.
Y como no queremos que nuestras criaturas os lleguen cansadas, doloridas y maltratadas usamos las conocidas y patentadas GOBLIN BOX 2000.
¿Cómo?¿Que qué puñetas es una GOBLIN BOX 2000? pues es el modelo avanzado de la antigua GOBLIN BOX: una caja que le hacemos especialmente a tu goblin con la última tecnología goblin. Es decir, con madera, clavos y cuero. Se la hacemos a medida, porque cada uno tiene sus propias necesidades, y así os llegará sano y salvo.
Además la GOBLIN BOX 2000 os puede servir para guardarlos, exponerlos o incluso... ¡como una caja!
Es difícil precisar cuándo llega un goblin. Son muy suyos. Como dijo el Gran Maestre goblin Bocachancla : "Un goblin nunca llega tarde...ni temprano....¡llega justo cuando le da la gana!"
Pero aproximadamente se tarda entre 3-5 días dentro de
España, unos 10 días a destinos en Europa y sobre los 15 a Estados Unidos,
Asia y Latinoamérica.
Siempre hay que tener en cuenta que cuando un paquete se envia a otro país podria estar sujeto a impuestos de importación, aranceles o tasas impuestas por el pais de destino. Por lo general estos cargos se pagan una vez que llegue el paquete al pais de destino. El comprador es el responsable de abonar los aranceles al recibir el paquete. Este proceso puede demorar la entrega.
